Hashim Olajide (BSc, MSc Elect-Elect engineering) COREN registered member, has been in Building Services Consultancy/Contracting since 2006. He has over Eighteen (18) year’s cognate experience. Being a member of the pioneer founder of IBS, his role as a technical and Project manager continues to keep IBS in the realm of a successful organisation.Hashim being certified engineer has been involved in various projects; Power Transmission Systems, Building Services Engineering Design, Project Supervision, Contract Administration, Project Management, Electricity Distribution Networks(415kV, 11kV, 33kV) and Telecoms Exchanges and Networks. His technical expertise includes Engineering Draft/Design, Preparation of Specification and Bills of Quantities, Cost Estimation and Cost Control, Processing of Tenders, Installation Supervision, and Valuation and Certification of executed works.

Hannah is an intelligent and resourceful young woman who through precise strategies, achieve growth driven growth. With a degrees in communication, matched with a great field experience and tremendous goal breaking character. She has been able to build a wonderful relationship between the company and clients, meeting the needs of the clients. She's currently the secretary of the IBS company and he inputs, growth,focus,helps the company notice it's KPIs and achieve the company's goals.

Is a highly detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with specialized expertise in cost estimation, valuation, and comprehensive project development and management. Backed by a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from the University of Lagos (UNILAG), William brings both academic depth and hands-on experience to the field.
He has successfully managed a range of construction and renovation projects for residential and commercial properties—delivering results that balance quality, budget, and time. His skill set spans budgeting, resource allocation, contract administration, and strategic cost control, positioning him as a reliable asset in delivering value-driven solutions.
